Presbyterian Village Pageant

Last night was the 2019 Presbyterian Village Senior Pageant in Little Rock. I had the privilege of being an honorary guest to help the ladies with crowning. It was a pleasure to be part of this event and see the sheer joy on their faces. Each and every one of them is a winner in my eyes.
While they were tabulating the scores, I had the opportunity to tell about myself and title. Being able to share with them about my melanoma journey and how I used it to create MAPP to help others prevent skin cancer from happening to them was one of the highlights of the my night. It always amazes me how many people do not realize how common, but also preventable, skin cancer really is.
